Solidsport secures exclusive streaming partnership with Berlin Handball Federation

Solidsport has secured the first strategic partnership on the DACH market as exclusive streaming partner for Berlin Handball Federation (HVB).

Solidsport was founded in Sweden with a clear vision; making it possible for all clubs and teams to broadcast their sport live and create new revenue at the same time. From grassroot to the highest leagues.

During 2020, 45 000+ games and sporting events were streamed in the Nordics and since the start, Solidsport has generated 4 500 000€+ to the broadcasting teams, clubs and events.

Solidsport then secured a new investment in the beginning of 2021 to accelerate product development and fund a European expansion. An expansion that Solidsport started on the DACH market by opening up a new office in Hamburg.

And now, the first strategic partnership has been signed in Germany.
Berlin Handball Federation has agreed on a two year contract, choosing Solidsport as exclusive streaming partner.

With their own federation channel on Solidsport, HVB will gather all Berlin handball under the same umbrella. From their top tier competitions and annual cup competition to all youth and amatuer teams – streaming their games with pay-per-view.
